Brisbane City is the capital of Queensland. The Sunshine State, Brisbane is famous for being the most liveable city in Australia. It has a population of 1,5 million people and is the third largest city in Australia. It is well known for being a friendly, safe and inexpensive city in which to live. The famous Gold Coast and beautiful Sunshine Coast are only a short drive from Brisbane. THE CAMPUS Part of the International College are the library, the classrooms, a laboratory and the administration office. The beautiful Riverfront Cafe is used as a restaurant during the week. Students here regularly gather for parties on weekends.

ACADEMIC PROGRAMS
IELTS (International English Language Testing System) * Exam preparation - This program systematically prepares the student for all aspects of the IELTS examination in reading, writing, listening and speaking. TOEIC (Test of English for International Communication) Exam preparation for intermediate to advanced levels. This full time course prepares students in TOEIC test taking skills and English for business purposes. TOEFL Exam Preparation (Test of English as a Foreign Language - from intermediate to advanced levels). CERTIFICATE IV in English for Academic Purposes (Intermediate to Advanced) The Certificate IV in EAP is a nationally accredited 20 week program in academic English. On completion this program will graduate as well as have direct entry into any diploma or degree program (equivalent to IELTS 5.5). CAMBRIDGE PROGRAMS Please ask for a Cambridge Exam Preparation Placement Test and the Cambridge program contents. The Cambridge Examination can be taken three times each year in March, June and December. CAE Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English Preparation prepare students to operate successfully in professional or academic environments. CPE Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English is the highest Cambridge certification and indicates full English proficiency and any academic or professional situation. Furthermore, you may prepare for CAMBRIDGE BUSINESS PROGRAMS such as Cambridge Business English Certificate Preliminary (BEC) Cambridge Business English Certificate Vantage (BEC Vantage) or Cambridge Business English - BEC Higher Preparation) Our ENGLISH "PLUS" PROGRAMS ++ English + Golf is a custom designed program integrating English studies and practical golf. ++ English + Horse Riding: please consult our horse riding program. ++ High School: please consult High School Program (Beginner to Advanced) The High School Preparation Course prapares students for study in an Australian high school and includes high school subject areas, academic study skills, project work, Australian studies, computer skills and visits to local high schools.
