How to enrol
                                                                            Before you fill in the enrolment form, make sure that your read our Terms and Conditions

 


1. Fill in the application form and post it to us, send by fax or email to www.sfc-idiomayvacaciones.com.
Make sure you fill in all your personal details.

2. Decide what course, programme or combination of programmes you wish to take.Very important is that you indicate correct level of the language of the country you wish to enrol.

3. If you need accommodation., please chose the correct accommodation option available with the programme. Remember, not all accommodation options are available in all countries and with all programmes. Indicate at least two options of accommodation. This way we will be more flexible or try to find something similar. Please respect days of arrival and departure if such details are considered to be important (i.e. residential accommodations).

4. A minimum deposit of € 250,00 towards your course or programme fees must be paid before we can process your application and € 200,00 for accommodation. You may pay by bank transfer and send us a photocopy of the transfer. Please note that the deposit is part of the fees, NOT an extra payment. Different rules have to be considered if you need a study visa (see below conditions for study visa applications). Please also note that you are responsible to pay all bank charges.

STUDENT VISA APPLICANTS

Student visa applicants must send us their application form duly completed and signed indicating the exact length of stay. You will receive an invoice of which enrolment fee, study fees and health insurance have to be paid together. Send amount of money the SFC's bank account and send copy of payment by fax.
 
5. CONFIRMATION OF ENROLMENT
We will send you or fax you a receipt for your payment together with a Letter of Acceptance. If you have booked accommodation, we will also confirm accommodation details.
All outstanding fees must be paid 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Study Visa applicants
(if applies) will be sent confirmation of fees and the LETTER OF ENROLMENT (COE) necessary to present to the respective Embassy in your country together with the student visa application form, photograph, passport and medical certificate to apply for the student visa. SFC will give you the necessary advice and help with the procedures involved.
Applicants of any other visa (Working Holiday Visa or PVA) requirements will be adviced accordingly.

6. Airport Transfer
There are two different options to be considered:
a) If the transfer service is included in the programme price: In this case the transfers will take place from and to the mentioned airport by SFC or its representative automatically. In this case, transfer service is understood only from and to the respective airport in question. If the student arrives at any other airport, he must arrange his own arrival to destination by train, bus or taxi. Any other arrangement would be subject to an additional cost. Generally, adult transfer must be requested by the participant.
 
b) The transfer service is effected by our respresentative:  If transfer costs are not included, you must pay this service together with your course fees, and communicate to us travel details:  day and hour of arrival, flight number. SFC or their representatives are not responsible in the case flight details have not been communicated correctly. In this case you are responsible for your own transfer arrangement without devolution of this amount.
c) If you are not interested in any transfer arrangement, simply let us know. We may advise you of bus or train connections.

7. The student must have a valid documentation/passport.

8. Insurance
Students are advised to take out full travel, health and luggage insurance in advance of travel date. EU nationals are advised to bring with them Medical Form E111. SFC will not be responsible for the loss/theft/damage to students' personal effect/sport equipment/musical instruments etc. during the period of stay. It is also advisable that the student cares for a Travel Cancellation Insurance.

Terms & Conditions of Enrolment:
1. Enrolment, Accommodation Placement and Airport pick-up fees are not refundable.
2. Tuition fees are refundable as follows:
    a) If you cancel your enrolment more than 28 days before your course starting date, amounts paid will be
    refunded less € 50,00
of the tuition fees. All cancellation requests should be made in writing.

    b) If you cancel your enrolment between 15 and 27 days, then 40% of the tuition fees will be refunded. All
    cancellation requests should be made in writing.

    c) If you cancel your enrolment between 8 and 14 days, then 30% of tuition fees will be refunded. All
    cancellation requests should be made in writing.

    d) If you cancel your enrolment between 1 and 7 days, no refund will take place. All cancellation requests
    should be made in writing.

    e) After the course start date the tuition fees will not be refunded. When a student has commenced the
    course and leaves for personal reasons or for reasons of inadaptability, serious misbehaviour or offence
    against the civil law, all repriation fees/costs incurred will be borne by the student.

    f) In the case of visa applications, if such visa is rejected and the official Embassy rejection advice is made
    available to SFC, all course fees will be refunded..
 
    g) SFC, in arranging accommodation, is acting as a supplier's agent.  If you cancel your homestay request
    with less than 2 weeks' notice you may be liable for payment of the first 2 weeks.You are required to give 2
   weeks' notice if you wish to cancel your homestay after commencement. Special cancellation fees may apply
   for other accommodation arrangements.

    h) Accommodation bookings are made for the dates specified by the student and are only valid for these
    dates. Any changes must be notified in writing at least 2 weeks before the arrival date.
   
3. SFC and/or College representatives reserve the right to cancel or defer courses, and to alter course
    timetables and class locations. Where SFC and/or representatives cancel or defer a course before course
   start date, or work placement cannot be found, and no suitable replacement can be found, all fees will be
   refunded.

4. The course fee and deposit as well as the accommodation fee and deposit are valid only for the person and
    dates specified.

5. Australia: Terms & conditions and refund advise will be delivered to you separately.-

6. Responsibility:
    SFC responds for a correct preparation and clear interpretation of the programmes offered. SFC does,
    however, not respond for circumstances subject to "force major", strikes, accidents and irregularities not
    caused by us. Queries must be presented in writing to the office or person responsible and in charge of the
    student in the respective country or to SFC's office.

I have read and accept Terms and Conditions. In the case the participant is a participant is less than 16 years old, a parent or his legal representative must sign below.
