This city has a population of 300.000 and combines both tradition and modernity, entertainment and eductional opportunities, beaches and mountains. Alicante is set in a privileged area on the Mediterranean Coast with a much-envied climate, an average temperature of 18º and more than 300 sunny days per year. The University

It is recognised as one of the most modern and innovative universities in Spain. Approximately 30.000 students are currently studying there. The beauty of the Campus is owed to the wonderful environment in which it is set and the perfect combination of modern architecture.The atmosphere on Campus is undoubtedly international because of the cooperation links with more than 300 universities worldwide. More than 12.000 international students study here from all over the world. 


Classes are taught in small groups. There are 13 different levels, from Absolute Beginners to Proficieny. Before starting the course, students are asked to complete the placement test in order to assign them to the groups which best meets their needs.
The teaching staff is made up of a team of highly qualified experts specialised in teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language. Thanks to the excellent infrastructure involved, courses, activities and teaching method, the University has been recognised by the Spanish Ministry of Education and Culture as an official examining centre for the D.E.L.E.

Activities:

Accommodation
Halls of residence This accommodation is preferably for thos students who have booked a stay from October to June. Reservation possible according to availability.
Apartments The price per months is between 150,00 and 180,00 € plus extras (Gas, electricity, etc.). The Apartments are siguated in the city
Host families Accommodation, individual room, full board, 19,00 €/day,
Accommodation shared, full board, 17,00 €
Deposit A deposit payment of 180 € is due, to be returned when leaving.
